At Breogán, we understand gastronomy as an experience based on absolute respect for the product, time, and personalized attention. Our space and service pace are designed to offer an intimate, carefully curated experience, consistent with our culinary philosophy.
Our Kitchen
We operate exclusively à la carte, selecting each product with the utmost rigor. We do not offer fixed menus or standard group options, as every service is crafted around the moment, the available products, and each table.
Our cuisine focuses primarily on aged chuletones from Galician cows, prepared on a charcoal grill, always respecting the nature of the product. These are carefully selected and cut pieces intended to preserve their structure and quality, with a typical minimum weight of approximately 1 kg, designed to be shared at the table.
As a general rule, we do not work with smaller cuts. Occasionally, we may offer pieces such as tenderloin or ribeye, though their presence on the menu is occasional and entirely dependent on availability.
Following the same product philosophy, we also work with whole selected fish, respecting their natural size and optimal moment. For this reason, our fish portions usually start at around 1 kg and are also designed for sharing.
Our gastronomic offering is therefore built around high-quality products and the pleasure of sharing them at the table.
Capacity and Format
Breogán is an intimate dining space. For this reason, we accept reservations for a maximum of 6 guests per table, and we do not have a private dining room or host large-scale events.
This decision reflects our commitment to excellence both in the dining room and in the kitchen, allowing us to provide close, precise, and truly personalized service for every guest.
Confirmation and Cancellations
Reservations are managed through our online booking system, which requires a credit card as a guarantee.
Any modifications or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
This policy allows us to organize each service with the care, foresight, and respect for the product that our work demands.
